Position available: Administration Assistant (full time)

At The C Method, we are looking for a remote-working, full time Administration Assistant to support the company in its rapid growth.
As our primary Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Zoom.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Your key responsibilities:
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Schedule appointments/meetings & book meeting rooms
- Book travel and accommodations
- Organise managers’ calendars
- Perform market research
- Address client administrative queries
- Provide customer service as first point of contact
- Moderating our Facebook community group ( e.g. adding members)
Other requirements:
- Experience as a remote-working Assistant or relevant role
- Experience with cloud-based word-processing tools (e.g. Google Docs & Sheets)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- University educated
- Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Familiarity with WordPress or other blogging platforms (preferred but not critical)
