When I met BJ in NYC earlier this year, I knew I had to get her on the show.
Having gone through my own major career transition, I know how scary it can be, and how it may seem like a ‘waste’ of your skills (yep, I’ve had a bunch of people say “You spent all those years studying and working in architecture, and now you’ve thrown it all away??”).
