Fear is a very real thing, even for people who have already achieved success.
My guest this week is Anfernee Chansamooth: philanthropist, small business branding advisor and writer.
Anfernee has trained over a thousand business leaders across 14 countries, has appeared on Network Ten, in Anthill Magazine and at TEDxTelstraSydney, and is a regular writer for Huffington Post. He’s also the Marketing Lead for Hub Australia (my co-work space), which is how I met him.
I also discovered he’s passionate about coaching and empowering women to overcome their fears, fulfil their potential and do what they love.
In late 2015, Anfernee did something he’d never done before – he ran his very first international retreat in Laos in Southeast Asia. BUT – it almost didn’t happen. He had a few unexpected things happen along the way, his co-founder pulled out 2 weeks before the retreat, and he was forced to find additional facilitators at the last minute.
In this conversation, Anfernee shares the fears he felt leading up to the retreat, and what he learned from the whole experience.
We also talk about communication in relationships, masculine and feminine energies (and why you need to have both), plus some juicy dating stories. It’s a bit of a longer episode (yes, we’re cramming a lot it) but believe me, it’s worth listening to the whole thing.
Article we mention: Evan Marckatz: Why Men Don’t Like Smart Strong Successful Women
