As a young adult, Jean-Marc Dedeyne left his home, the small island of Martinique to explore and discover the world.
He lived and studied in France, travelled to over 25 countries, and later moved to the USA.
After overcoming the challenges of living in new countries with different cultures, and working in a job he wasn’t passionate about, he realised his passion lay in helping other foreign entrepreneurs like himself find their purpose, celebrate their differences and be successful in their adopted country.
Now, his raison d’être is to inspire those who are transitioning towards a more meaningful life to realise their God-given talents, and he does this through his company Jean-Marc Dedeyne Enterprises.
He speaks, writes and coaches high-level professionals from executives to entrepreneurs through various stages of transition in a supportive environment to:
- Clarify their values, interests and passions;
- Uncover their unique promise of value;
- Confidently communicate their personal brands to those who matter; and
- Align their brand environment with authenticity to achieve success on their own terms.
His reason for being combines faith, branding and entrepreneurship to facilitate his client’s growth in a compassionate yet focused manner.
